At FEF, we want to ensure your 100% satisfaction with our conference.

  • If you experience technical difficulties or concerns, please contact us immediately.
  • If after you have attempted to resolve the issue with a member(s) of our FEF Board and you are still not satisfied, we want to make things right.
  • Our refund policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your payment. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request.
  • Our process is to submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Your financial institution can take up to 20 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card.


Requesting a Refund

  1. Go to our contact page
  2. Complete the contact form and in the message box explain your refund request.
  3. Select SUBMIT.


A message will be sent to our team and we will contact you regarding the refund process.
